For presentations, you are kindly asked to scrupulously respect the allocated time stated below. Thank you for your cooperation!

Tutorials

All rooms are equipped with recent video projectors connected via HDMI (WUXGA resolution, 1900 x1200). The projection will therefore be in the 16:10 format. Don't forget to bring your dongle if you need it for HDMI projection. It is also possible to connect in VGA, with a loss of resolution. Extension cords will be available. Please note that the French sockets are in formats C (two round plugs) and E (two round plugs with a male earth plug), they deliver 220-240 volts.

Long talk

The rooms are equipped with computers (Windows or Linux OS) that you must use for your presentations in order to record the slides on video. We strongly advise you to use PDF or HTML slides (Firefox, Chrome and IE will be installed). It's a good idea to do a test-drive of your slides during one of the breaks in the room where you will be speaking. Either way, we expect you to copy your slides to the computer before the session begins. Presentations will last 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for questions). Presentations will be video recorded. Please inform the organizers if you do not wish to be recorded!

Short (lightning) talk

Short presentations will last 3 to 5 minutes. Presentations will contain a maximum of 10 slides (30 seconds per slide!) in PDF format. Presentations will be compiled before each session, and you will have 30 seconds for each slide. Depending on the duration of the presentation, at the end of the latter, one or two questions can be asked. Slides should be sent to rr2023@sciencesconf.org no later than June 14. Presentations will be video recorded. Please inform the organizers if you do not wish to be recorded!

Recommendation: Think that the first slide will last 30 seconds, plan a presentation in this sense to avoid waiting for the second slide.

Poster

Please bring your poster printed in A1 (i.e. 594 × 841 mm or 23.4 × 33.1 inches) in portrait orientation or A0 (i.e. 841 × 1189 mm or 33.1 × 46.83 inches) in portrait orientation.You will be assigned a number which will tell you where your poster should be placed in the hall. The posters will be fixed with an adhesive or clamps on grids.

Presentation materials
