Rencontres R 2023

You can register online to "Rencontres R 2023" until 7 june 2023 the latest (please keep in mind that the early bird registration fee is valid only until 5th 10th 21th of May!), by following the procedure:

Create a sciencesconf.org account by clicking a top right button, OR login in your account if you already have one.

When your session is open, click on the link below or on "My registration" in "MY SPACE" tab, and follow the instructions:

Note that the registration is mandatory for all the participants of Rencontres R.

All participants (including attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers) at Rencontres R 2023 are required to agree to the code of conduct.

[TUTORIALS INFORMATION] There is no more places for tutorials "tidymodels: Create a complete machine learning pipeline with {tidymodels}" and "Statspatial : Spatial Analysis and Cartography with R". The next registrations for this tutorial in choice 1 will automatically be assigned the "Quarto : Publishing a document with Quarto". Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

You can use one of the following methods to pay for the registration:

• Online by card (prefered way). When you choose online payment, you are redirected to the SFdS payment gateway. Click on the type of card you will use next, then fill in the requested information.
  
  Don't forget at the end of the payment to click on the BACK TO SHOP (RETOUR BOUTIQUE) button.
  Your payment will be successful once you see the message indicating that the payment has been taken into account and you are returned to the conference site. Upon completion of these steps, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation email.
  
  You will receive by email a paid invoice as soon as the payment has been validated by the treasurer of the event.
  
  
• By "bon de commande" (invoice). You have to send your invoice to the treasurer of the event. It needs to be:
  • issued to Société Française de Statistique - Rencontres R 2023
  • indicate the name(s) of the participant(s)
  • sent by mail (if possible) to rr2023-tresorerie@sciencesconf.org with a subject [Bon de commande RR2023]

Tarification

 Reduced fee is available for students, unemployed, retired person and visitors from developed countries (please send the documents to confirm your status to the organizers). 

Tutorial (limited places), lunches on June 21, 22 and 23 as well as the gala evening are included in the registration fee.
They do not include accommodation or travel costs.
